Abby and Patrick’s Engagement Session
A little something you might not know about me: I was in band in high school. Specifically, I was in the drum line for 3 years and field commander my senior year – maybe one day I will dig up a picture to share, but today is all about Abby & Patrick. I think my roots in music and marching band are what quickly synced me with these two because we had a great time at their engagement sesh in Nashville!
Patrick & Abby met in high school through marching band. He was in the drum line, she played trumpet – and she still does, VERY WELL I might add! He says that when he saw Abby for the first time, he was ALL IN! I think we can just go ahead and call this love at first sight. It might sound cliche’ but y’all, it happens more than you think! Just look at these two!
It was a total surprise! They had gone on a picnic at Arrington Vineyards just outside of Nashville. Patrick had made the entire picnic on his own, and they were just enjoying each other’s company. Abby was convinced he was going to propose in the coming weeks on a hike they had planned, so she was NOT expecting it to happen on this day.
While picnicking at the vineyard, they started talking about their relationship and how much they love each other. Before she knew it he was on one knee and was reading her a note that he had written. She says, “It was the sweetest moment I have ever had in my life”.
When they returned back to Abby’s house, the entire family was waiting for them to celebrate! Just check out the gorgeous ring!
Abby & Patrick are getting married June 2020 at Meadow Hill Farm in Columbia, Tennessee. She told me that her colors are pinks, peach, blues, and basically anything watercolor/pastel as accents. I’d say this wedding is going to be SUPER Pinterest worthy!
Ok, ok. I will stop babbling and give you what you want, which is to see more of these beautiful engagement images of Abby & Patrick from their
